Project Manager – Security Systems (Nysa, Poland)
For our client from the building automation industry, we are looking for an experienced Project Manager – Security Systems who will play a key role in managing and overseeing Building Security Systems projects. Based in Nysa, Poland, this position will involve ensuring the successful delivery of projects, meeting client requirements, and delivering high-quality solutions while reporting directly to the local Project Management Leader.
As a Project Manager, you will have a significant impact on the success of the projects and client satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing project schedules, budgets, resources, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution. Your leadership and project management skills will be crucial to driving project success and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and oversee Security Systems projects (including CCTV, Intrusion, and Access Control) from initiation to completion, including project plans, design phases, schedules, and budgets
Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure project objectives are met, monitor progress, report internally and externally, and make necessary adjustments to ensure project success
Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and senior management
Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements
Lead continuous improvement initiatives to streamline project management processes and enhance project performance
Key Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field, with at least 3+ years of project management experience in a system integrator or general contractor structure
Excellent understanding of building installations (SECURITY, Low Voltage, FIRE) and related building equipment; construction permits are a significant advantage
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to work daily with project management tools (including MS Project); PMP or Prince2 certification is desirable but not required
Understanding of HSE regulations and quality standards to meet the requirements of the client
Fluent in Polish and at least B1/B2 level of English
