Position: Commercial Director
Location:Â Warsaw, Poland

Responsibilities:
Develop the business strategy for your assigned brand(s) based on overarching brand strategies. Define priorities by customer and distribution channels. Be responsible for the P&L per customer within your business area.
Negotiate annual agreements and represent the interests of your brand(s) in group negotiations. Build and maintain trusting relationships with key customers, while also coordinating with other brands to develop relationships with retail chains.
Lead team performance, set objectives, and achieve results. Define marketing resources, manage and arbitrate budgets, and allocate resources effectively. Work with the supply chain and other departments to streamline operations. Organize team shifts and operating procedures, ensuring smooth commercial back-office functions.
Motivate and guide the sales teams for your brand(s): recruit, develop, and manage teams. Ensure the development of their expertise and know-how. Implement organizational changes as needed.

Monitor Sell-In & Sell-Out Excellence:
Accurately forecast business growth and demand.
Drive field execution at the point of sale.
Monitor and control key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure success.
Manage brand selling scenarios and adapt as needed.
Oversee BA/DA staffing and maintain strong relationships with the team.
