PEGA OPS Engineer

• 10 + years IT experience

• Knowledge of Linux environments (Redhat certified preferred)

• Experience in Vulnerability, compliance, Patch management

• Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery using modern OSS tools such as Jenkins, Ansible and Gitlab

• You handle application risk controls in an efficient way, proactively contributing to prevent security and operational risks.

• Able to work under pressure, 24/7 mentality, willing to be on stand-by outside of office hours

• Experience in log management (ELK)

• Experience in Monitoring tools like Grafana, Kibana (Configuring dashboards, configuring reports)

• Should be well aware of the concepts of high availability, load balancing, scaling etc

• Experience in Web server concepts (Proxying, Static websites, routing) in Apache / Nginx

• Collaborate within and across squads to understand your services end-to-end

• Advise Product Owner and Tech Lead on resource planning

• Align individual and overall performance of the Chapter, coach and identify top performers

• Ensure training opportunities are available as required

• Support recruiting of talents (e.g. interview applicants)

• Regularly organize alignment meetings on Chapter specific topics to update colleagues on new developments
