Key Responsibilities

Transformation & Change Leadership

• Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives across key business functions, from initial diagnosis through implementation and long-term adoption.

• Identify gaps in existing processes, workflows, structures, and ways of working, and develop structured improvement plans with measurable outcomes.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, structured problem-solving, accountability, and collaboration.

Cross-Functional Stakeholder Management

• Collaborate with senior and functional leaders across the organization to align priorities and drive shared business outcomes.

• Act as a link between departments, identifying misalignment, reducing silos, and establishing effective processes and ways of working.

• Provide regular updates on project progress, key risks, dependencies, and recommendations to senior leadership.

Process & Operational Efficiency

• Map, analyze, and redesign end-to-end business processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and operational performance.

• Apply appropriate improvement methodologies and structured problem-solving approaches to standardize and scale improvements.

• Ensure transformation initiatives deliver sustainable improvements rather than short-term solutions.

Digital & Systems Transformation

• Oversee or co-lead business systems and digital transformation initiatives, working with internal teams and external partners to ensure successful delivery and adoption.

• Provide strategic oversight of technology-related workstreams and implementation partners without requiring hands-on technical expertise.

• Identify opportunities to improve processes, systems, data, and technology-enabled ways of working.

People & Project Leadership

• Lead and develop project teams by setting clear direction, managing performance, and building capability across project workstreams.

• Support functional leaders in developing structured approaches to project delivery, problem-solving, and change management.

• Manage resources, timelines, dependencies, budgets, and risks across multiple concurrent initiatives.
