For our client, we are looking for:


Position: HR Manager Poland

Location: Warsaw (Hybrid – Onsite 2–3 days a week). Travel bi-weekly to Bielsko-Biała / travel to other locations during induction, Czech and Spain

Form of Employment: FTE

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to oversee the full HR cycle across multiple regions, with a key focus on Poland. This role blends operational HR leadership with strategic HR business partnering and offers the opportunity to directly shape team development, organizational transformation, and leadership growth.

 

Main position responsibilities and objectives:

  • HR business partnering to ensure HR standards and procedures are effectively executed in the assigned region

  • Cooperation with Strategic HR Business Partner to streamline HR processes and increase operational efficiency

  • Delivery of HR KPIs and reporting in line with business expectations

  • Implementation of policies and methodologies developed by global HR teams (COEs)

  • Driving organizational development, workforce planning, and structural changes in cooperation with Reward & PMI teams

  • Advising managers on organization change, job design, compensation, and legal compliance

  • Managing employee exits in line with company policies

  • Role-modeling company values and coaching managers in day-to-day leadership practices

  • Acting as a change agent and transformation lead for regional initiatives

  • Supporting leadership development in cooperation with Talent team

  • Training and enabling business teams in using HR systems and processes effectively

  • Coordinating key HR projects: performance management cycle, engagement surveys, D&I initiatives

  • Facilitating calibration and performance evaluation processes

  • Leading succession planning and supporting career pathing and talent pipeline creation

  • Participating in final recruitment stages and talent selection

  • Advising on employee relations and compliance topics

  • Ensuring audit standards are met

  • Supporting initiatives to strengthen company culture and team engagement


Required Experience:

  • Minimum 10-15 years experience in HR preferably in generalistic (not specialized) role

  • Proven experience in change management and HR transformation projects

  • University degree

  • Fluent in English and Polish

  • Advanced MS Office/PC skills
